Because each Twin Set weighs approximately 50 KG including protective double-wall export cartons and foam inserts, orders are shipped via insured heavy cargo:
Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi): 1–2 Business Days (Same-Day/Next-Day Fleet available).
Java & Bali (Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar): 2–4 Business Days.
Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi & Eastern Indonesia: 4–8 Business Days via Insured Cargo.
Part III: 14-Day Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
In full compliance with Google Merchant & Google Ads transparency rules as well as Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8 Tahun 1999):
14-Day Unopened Return Window: You may request a full return within 14 calendar days of delivery if the equipment remains unused in its original factory-sealed carton.
Damaged in Transit / DOA Replacement: If either dumbbell or dock cradle arrives with transit damage or dial calibration issues, report it within 48 hours of receipt with a short unboxing video to [email protected] or +62 21 5098 7420. We cover 100% of return pickup and replacement shipping costs across Indonesia.
Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are transferred back to your Indonesian bank account within 5–7 business days in IDR.
