1. Product Description & Intended Use

The PowerLift™ Pro 24KG Twin Adjustable Dumbbell Set consists of two (2) mechanical selectorized dumbbells (2.5 KG to 24.0 KG each) and two (2) high-density polymer dock cradles. The product is physical sports and strength-training equipment intended exclusively for adult athletic exercise and home physical conditioning.

2. Transparent Pricing in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

In accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3/PBI/2015, all prices on this website are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The listed promotional price of Rp 3.490.000 per Twin Set includes 11% Value Added Tax (PPN). Any applicable regional cargo shipping fee outside Jabodetabek is disclosed transparently by our order coordinator during phone confirmation before shipment is dispatched.

3. Reservation & Payment Verification Process

• Submitting your Name and Phone Number on order.html creates a non-binding reservation lock for 24 hours.
• Our Jakarta fulfillment specialist will contact you via telephone or WhatsApp to confirm your complete street address, postal code, and preferred payment method (Bank Transfer via BCA/Mandiri/BNI Virtual Account or Insured Cash on Delivery where available).
• No shipment is dispatched without your explicit verbal or written confirmation.

4. 24-Month Mechanical Warranty (Indonesia Service Center)

PT PowerLift Strength Indonesia warrants the selector dial mechanism, internal locking pin assembly, and steel weight plates against manufacturing defects for twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery under normal home fitness use.

• Covered: Selector dial gear mechanism, locking pin spring, handle weld integrity, and cradle structural cracks upon arrival.
• Not Covered: Intentional dropping from overhead height onto concrete floors, commercial 24/7 gym abuse, or unauthorized disassembly of the dial spindle.

5. Safe Equipment Usage Responsibility

Users must ensure both selector dials click firmly into one of the 15 numbered weight increments while seated flat inside the base cradle before lifting. Never attempt to turn the weight dials while the dumbbell is lifted off the cradle.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any consumer inquiries or disputes shall first be resolved amicably within 7 business days via our Jakarta Customer Care desk (+62 21 5098 7420) or through the Indonesian Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK).
