2. Personal Data We Collect (Data Minimization Principle)

We practice strict data minimization on our website. When you submit a reservation on our dedicated order page (order.html), we collect only two fields directly from you:

• Full Name: To identify your hardware reservation and prepare your official 24-month warranty registration.
• Phone / WhatsApp Number: To allow our Jakarta fulfillment specialist to verify your delivery address, shipping province, and preferred payment method.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial account passwords, or credit card numbers directly through our reservation form.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

Under Article 20 of the Indonesian UU PDP (Law No. 27/2022), we process your data on the following lawful bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing your reservation request, coordinating cargo delivery across Indonesia, and issuing your SNI/ISO warranty documentation.
• Explicit Consent: When you voluntarily submit the reservation form or opt into non-essential analytics/advertising cookies via our Consent Mode v2 banner.
• Legal Obligation: Compliance with Indonesian tax and commercial record-keeping regulations.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact details to third-party data brokers. Your name and phone number are shared solely with verified Indonesian logistics partners (such as JNE Cargo, J&T Cargo, or Sentral Cargo) once you confirm your shipping address during our verification call.

5. Data Retention Period

Unconfirmed reservation inquiries are automatically purged after thirty (30) calendar days. Confirmed equipment purchase records are retained for the duration of the 24-month mechanical warranty plus applicable statutory tax archiving periods in Indonesia.

6. Your Rights Under Indonesian Law (UU PDP)

As a Data Subject in Indonesia, you have the right to:

• Request clear information regarding how your data is processed;
• Access, update, or correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
• Withdraw your consent at any time;
